so bros, im shooting 500 mg test enant a week per 10 wks.
doing 10 mg tamoxifen along every day.
i have this question
estrogen formed in my body will be present at the end of my pct?
i mean pct cleans all estrogen from my body or some will be present?
im planning to do the swale hcg protocol and standard nolva pct.

Estrogen doesnt last long in the body. So you dont have to worry much about that, but I like a low dose of arimidex instead or on top of the nolv to prevent it from getting out of hand in the first place.

you are doing everything fine after pct you will be fairly close to normal hormonally speaking. pct dosnt clean estrogen out it just allows time for it to be metabolized and helps prevent rebound while you recover. just follow regular pct and you will be fine bro.
liquidex is great as smalls said but at the dose of test you are at 10 mg of nolva is fine.

Something to remember: Nolv blocks estrogens binding to receptors not the production of estrogen like Ldex basically does. So when EVER you stop the nolv there will be free roaming estrogen in your system and this can cause a rebound affect in estrogen levels upon stopping the nolv.
It can be done for shure but a little Ldex is better for when you come off of everything. No rebound.
Remember your natural test levels will still be lower than normal and a little too much estrogen at this time will not help you retain your gains at all. DJ

No, leave the ldex out after PCT. But yes if you are running nolv throughout your cycle (for it's serm benefit) then just continue it, at a bit higher dose.

so basically , i follow nolva at 10 mg at day, do standard pct with nolva and hcg
then, after i run nolva inmediatly i start taking .50 mg of a-dex for a better pct, no stogen rebound ?

i am concearned about
estrogen rebound at the end of pct

i don`t have access to a-dex right now, and thats why i was thinking about continue the nolva aproach as anti-e during cycle and then for pct increase the dosage at standard dosage.
