A frind of mine broke a needle in his glute while injecting
He apparently flexed hus glute unvoluntarily, or got a cramp, and whoops, the needle broke, had to go to the er to operate to get it out.

not just the force, but the rate at which the force was applied. A normal needle should not have broken. -

Most likely that is what happened. I always use a 1.5 inch for glutes and leave some of it sticking out. No need to go completely in unless you have a very fat ass imo.Comment

He don't remember is too clearly because of the pain, so the needle might have been separated from the plunger and not actually broken. they had to cut it out anyway. but he was one big sob at the time, lots of d-bols, zambons and sust 250 for months and months.
