Here is a little update on how things are going so far. I'm in the middle of the 4th week of EQ 400mg weeks 1-12 and Sust 500mg weeks 1-14. I haven't expected to make much gains til everything kicks in which I believed to be around the end of this week. However either due to my diet or maybe the prop in the sust I've added around 7lbs. I feel slightly a little harder right now. At the moment I'm 195lbs 6'0". i'm hoping to do a competition in a year or so. Sorry I don't have a pic of the wheels but i will update that soon once I have a pic. I would like to get up to 210lbs before I do a competion. At the moment I"m taking in as much food as possible.

Thanks for all the comments... I'll keep you guys updated every few weeks. I think I'm beginning to feel everything kick in. Today I was doing chest and repped out a few more reps going pretty heavy than I have done for a long time.Comment
