Ha crap! I used it for a month, 3ml ED. Ha crap!

All I noticed was I sweat more. The injections are painful. 3 our of 4 tiems I had an allergic reaction and my sub-q spot would swell up like a strawberry.

Id rather just use B12 if Im looking for something in the Knyo dept.

I did 3 cc's eod 1 1/2 cc each glute no pain. I had a bottle given to me by a kind mod on another board.
It does stimulate appetite as it has B-12 and seemed to boast energy a bit but maybe placebo effect.

I seen 100cc bottles for 70.00 and cheaper.

I liked it post cycle to keep appetite up!

I did sub-q, never tried IM. I may as well mention that I notice nothing from B-12 either.

                KYNOSELEN INGREDIENTS:

AMP (adenosine monophosphate) is a source of phosphorous. AMP combines with 2 phosphate atoms to become ATP (adenosine triphosphate), providing an immediate source of cellular energy. AMP appears to help with fat burning.

HEPTAMINOL is a key ingredient in kynoselen that helps dilates coronary blood vessels, increasing blood flow and allowing a greater capacity for exertion and endurance.

VITAMIN B12 (cyanocobalamin) plays a vital role in energy metabolism and stimulates appetite.

SELENIUM is an essential trace element. As a regulator of metabolic oxidative processes, it is a catalyst for energy and fat metabolism. Selenium is also an anti-oxidant, protecting the body's cells from free radicals which can cause cellular damage that can lead to cancer, heart disease, and other health problems.

MAGNESIUM ASPARTATE increases oxygen delivery to muscle tissue. It promotes muscle strength, endurance, relaxation and has a role in muscle contraction. Magnesium also activates enzymes necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates and amino acids which lead to protein synthesis.

POTASSIUM ASPARTATE assists glucose/glycogen (i.e., energy) metabolism, helps protect the heart when oxygen deficiency occurs during strenuous exercise, and helps increase the amplitude of the heart's contractions. It also regulates a smooth heartbeat. Potassium may also support water balance.

Kyno should not be used sub-q. 3 mls e/d is way to much. I have used this product a ton on times. I love it. I feel you get a better reponce than using winny or primo. 1 cc e/d or 2 cc eod IM is all you need. My cardio workouts increase, great post cycle agent, stacks with everything. This product IMOP is undervalued and not used enough with cutting cycles. If your a cardio freak, you'll love this agent.

I used 3mls ED to really push it. It wasnt really sub-q either. It was like sub-fat. I shot straight in and was at times in my abs.

If you can get it under 20 bux you may go for it. I didnt like it though. Mr. Nobody on AF also did an extensive run to evaluate it. He also did not like it.
