He's called every pharmacy around and still no luck.

Another reason might be b/c it is a vet product and there is very few companys if any at all that make wintrol for human consuption legally.. He could maybe try a Vet though, it is worth a try and might work..

Where as things such as anavar and test are actually made for human consumption and also sold legally that way, but only of course with a script..
