If you are shut down hard from a long cycle it will help you get your natural levels back quicker. If you are doing a 10 week or shorter cycle, it won't really help you out. It doesn't start your natural test production. All it does is get severly shut down balls ready to start producing.

i am curious about taking it at low doses like 250iu or 500iu a couple days a week to keep the balls from shrinking? anyone with experience in this method-how did this work for ya? what days did u take ur shots and how many ius. thanx in advance

work like charm,that is what i wanna hear.i am gonna run test/deca/d-bol for 15 week.and i am gonna take 500iu daily for few week.is that cool??i heard deca will shut down hard,so i think i need it.......

Just do 500iu on sat and sun every wk and then 500iu ed for about 12-14 days at the end right after your last test shot....then start pct.

I agree with this except I would only do 500ie ed for 10 days (makes it simple with 1 amp of 5000). The main reason is because you want to jump on PCT as soon as your boys are back.

Although if you are doing it every Sat & Sun during cycle then there is no need to chase the horse at the end of your cycle because it will already be in the barn so to speak. I would just do the Sat Sun route during your cycle then begin normal PCT (Clomid / Nolva) at the end. just my 2 cents

Either do it every weekend or do the 10 - 14 day bit at the end. Like Lethal said, there is no need nor benefit of doing both.

Hey- never used HCG, got a question. Whats the point of doing it on the weekends? Does it have some adverse effects? Or is it just easier to remember to take on the weekends? -crombie

Any two days a week is fine. Or just do 1000 iu once a week. Weekends are just eaiser to remember.

Thats what I thought. Yuo guys actually keep more of your gains by using this? I never have and might pick some up. -crombie

Hard to say whether I keep more gains solely because of the hcg - there are too many variables. I do feel that I get back to normal a lot faster. Sex drive comes right back and I don't get depressed when I come off after using hcg.
