Insulin - anything left I need to know before I start?

    Here...a breakdown

    4hrs Prior to workout, no fats.
    Workout w/ drinking a 20-30g Carb drink
    Slin shot after
    PW shake immediately. 100 carbs (malo-dextrin) 50-70g protien
    Prepare your dinner
    50-60~High Protien, Low-NO Saturated fats, 60-70~COMPLEX carbs

    Hr or so later, 30-50grams Whey


    I wouldnt do the 2 PW shakes as you have, thats too much sugar. Follow it up with your meal with some good complex carbs.



    You could add some creatine in your workout drink and PW shake as well. Id skip the glutamine, I think its a waste personally.


    Be sure to have something on hang. Id have some glucose tabs or even better a glucose shot lying around just in case.

    If your doing it PW only, and say workout 4x a week. You can run it safely for some time. I dont get what your little 4on/3off thing is. Just do it PW and keep it simple.


    I would take some rALA throughout the day to keep your insulin sensitivity up, but I wouldnt take it with the shot, or within a 4hr range of it.


    Im not as experienced with slin as some may be, but that is my regieme.

      I workout 6 times a week. What would you suggest as a better injection regime rather than 4on/3off?

        Ah...that explains what you meant.

        Besides recommending 4x a week....

        You could just take it after your 4 biggest days..back, leggs, chest, and ??

        Or do it 4wks on, 2 wks off

        You could probally do it 6 days a week for a long time as well, but I have only done it 4x a week. So... Im not gonna recomend that one.

          you say four hours prior the workout, but there also the rule that no fat after your workout, so a total of 8hours in the day without fat, eww

            Well, hes the one that picked Humilin R not me Grab some chitosen or whatever its called if you really cant do with out.

            Saturated fat, not monosaturated fat. To the best my knowledge, omega 3 and 6's found in monosaturated will not be stored.


            Typically by no fat I would mean dont eat a pizza or goto McDonalds.

                    hello all,

                    I have a buddy who is into steroids and he recomending me to start somthing called DNP. I have never done any kind of steroid, and have been lifting consistantly for about 3 months. He says this DNP stuff will help my body ot burn up to 15 pounds of fat in a week. Is this true and what are the side effects I should be aware of befor I "jump" into this stuff. I am 40 yrs old and weigh 220 lbs. I am 5' 9" tall. Please give any advice yo may have, or insights to DNP. Thank you for any help!!
