When i poke my finger in my nipple to feel around under the skin around my nipple I can feel little lumps. Is this gyno or just fat? How can I know for sure if it is gyno or not? I have only done one cycle before this one and most of the shit I was usign was fake. I used nolvadex for thirty days after just in case though. THis is my fourth week of my cycle. My nipples are sensitve but I think its becasue I shaved my (very hairy) cheat for the first time every. What do you think??

Id say its just fat, Im having the same thing happen. Havent been on anything for almost one month and my nips are sensitive when I poke them. Take no chances tho and take the nolvaComment

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND NO IT IS NOT GYNO, ia'm hairy too, and when i shave, it gets so sensitive.
i have gyno 1 times, and was taking 200 mf of anadrol the american one unimed, u can tell, it feels like a huge knot underneath ur nipple, and then ur nipple will kinda hang , let will become a soft meat lowered over ur chest.
do this, lift ur arms and rub ur nipple and if it feels like a solid ball, then yes it is gynon take arimdex or nolvedex nowwww.
