  • Soreness?

Hey bros, I'm kinda freakin out here. You know that first time you work out in a long time and you kind of over do it? You wake up the next day and can hardly lift your arms and it hurts to roll out of bed? Well thats how I feel all of a sudden. My chest is killing me and I haven't worked it out in a week. Is this normal? This is my 1st time to do Dbol, so I don't know if this is a normal thing. Haha maybe this is a good thing. -crombie

    BTW: Im on:

    750 mg Test enan EW
    30mg Dbol ED
    25mcg T3 ED

If your chest is still sore after a workout from a week ago, something may not be right (possible tear), especially if you're on cycle (you should recover a lot faster). Is your protein intake sufficient?

However, it is normal for soreness to develop and last for an extended period of time if you haven't worked out in awhile. I know if I squat after not having squatted for awhile, my legs will be ultra sore for four or five days.

How's your sleeping habbits too? If you aren't getting enough rest, that could play a large factor
Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.
