Hey , its been 10 wks in to my bulkin cycle, plan is to do another 10 wks (with dif AS) and then cut for 4 wks, BUT i have gone from 11.5% bf to 13.5% bf gained about 19lbs in weight already. So I feel kinda fat here..
What should i do guys? should i start doin 20min of cardio 5x/wk ???? Or do i reduce calories???

I would also ad in cardio for it's heart benefits as well. Just make sure your not getting to impatient with the gains, that's what I do and end up putting on too much fat.

LOL i know what u mean .. This cycle i took things so slow i was hardly eating over maintenance . but still i started to gain some fat.. and i hardly eat junk food..
I agree with bass on tweaking your carbs, but fuck cardio.
You are on a bulker so don’t worry about gaining a little fat (and you really have only gained a little fat).
I am of the opinion that any extra energy that you expend on cardio just takes away from energy that you should be spending in the weight room, and it also cuts into your recoverability.
You only have so much energy to expend – know your mission (bulking) and expend all of your energy on that mission. Fuck around on the stair stepper and the stationary bike when the mission calls for it.
I got a question about cardio on a cycle period, i already run 2-3 miles every other day but when im "on" the pumps in my calves are sooooooo unbearable i can barely finish a 1.5 run. Anyone experience this?
