WHen i was a kid I was soo scared of needles I would pass out after I got a shot. The last three weeks I injected myself. I have a hard time using my left hand though because I am right handed. I switch injections each week from left glute to right glute. When I inject my left glute with left hand I have a hard time holding the needle and injecting it straight, plus twisting backwards to get it reach back there. Anyways does anyone have any helpful hints or suggestions??

glutes are just hard to inject i have learned to inject looking in the mirror so i dont have to turn all the way around. also i just started shooting easier to reach places. delts, tris, calves, and quads. if my wife is home she shoots me."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

cool deal bro. i became ambedextrious (sp) i have injected so much lol. yeah i have to look int the mirror to inject in my glutes too. i don't have any one to inject me.

If your just injecting once or twice a week, I would use my quads. But if you really want to hit your glutes, you could sit on the edge of the throne (to the side) with your glute hanging off a little and go from the bottom up. It's worked for me b/c I can't contort my body around like that either.
