Personally I wouldn't juice without it, makes recovery so much easier.

But it can fuck you up for life if overdone.

Yes you can shoot hcg mid cycle no problem. You are on a mild cycle though so I'd only do it if you've had recovery problems in the past, otherwise you don't really need it IMO.
