What doses do you usually run the Clomid and Nolva in, and for how long?

clomid- 300mg first day, 100mg for 10 days, 50mg for 10 days(but i like to extend it a little longer for better recovery)
nolva- 40mg for 10 days, 20mg till clomid endsrip gu

During my pct if I run the Nolva and Clomid both for 20 or 30 days at the recommended doses, does anybody see any need for hcg.?
