I want to do a cutting cycle and wanted to get some suggestions on my plan. I want to do t-3,clen,and either eca or nyc. I was going to use the clen syrup what doses should I use and what do you think of the difference of the eca nyc stacks (pros,cons,effectivness)

T3 isent bad if you keep it to low doses fina/prop is really good for cutting. you might see better results with eca until your BF% get lowered then go with the clen/winny

no do cardio when on t3, but when you come off your thyroid will be less active than while on it so hence the cardio and fiber in your diet when coming off.....i like nyc, works as good as eca for me....you could use both, take eca in morning and nyc in afternoon, or vice versaOriginally posted by LocoLeprechaun
