I think it is bad. Just so many boards around,the knowledge is spread really thin in most places. This board used to have probaply 20+ of the top gurus posting here daily.Dont get me wrong, we still have a wealth of knowledge on this board.

About that:
Most of "His Articles" were actually copied and pasted articles written by others. HOWEVER, he did learn alot, and it makes sence that he would have actually READ the articles.
So I do think he knows his stuff. I think it was pretty crappy how he took credit for others work. Tho he never actually claimed to write the articles, they way he posted implied that he wrote it.
Overall, not a bad guy and he did have some good knowledge. Too bad he wasn't able to act like an adult while on the board.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

Please, don't put cut&paste computer freak with one cycle under the belt and 160 pounds (before dieting) body and attitude of a 300lbs Mr. Olympia contender in the same line as SUPERCHICKEN, LEWDTENANT or STUPID BIOTCH (and others) who have WALKED the WALK and paid their dues for many years!

Yes, these guys (LEWD, STUPID BIOTCH and SUPERCHICKEN, sorry if I didn't mention everybody who deserves this but it's very late) were (in fact I hope they still are) not only excellent bodybuilders but also very good writers with great sense of humor - which is an ideal combination for succeding on the board such as this! Too bad they rearly stop by!
