It didn't come with a dropper BUT my liquidex did but it measures in MLs.
I beleive it equates to roughly 20 drops=.5cc or 1/2ml. That's with the kind I got (i dropped it in a syringe as suggested). Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

My ldex is from nonconsumables. I just sucked up as much as it would in the dropper and squirted it into a syringe...then I figued how much in the dropper (aproximately) equalled .25ml. So in the morning I just guestimate with the dropper and take it....I don't think it will matter much if you're exact or not. Works for me.
