Im ending my 3rd week and go to the doctor today because I feel like I got hit by a UPS truck. The doc sticks a swab about 5 feet up each nostril. She comes back and says "You've got the flu!" I freakin can't stand this crap. I have absolutely zero motivation and my body feels like it went thru a pretzel machine....Sorry just had to vent. I'm up 10 lbs. and I was eating clean up until this shit bit me in the ass.....

Maryland is pretty much out of the flu vaccine and now I guess it's too late for me anyway. Watch out for it bros, it comes on fast! I haven't been to the gym in about a week now and everyday I look in the mirror I seem to lose a couple of pounds. Maybe I'm suffering from smallaphobia! LOL Thanks for all the support.
