    Hey I was wondering what was a good beginner cycle. I've been lifting hard for years but just stuck with good diet. Now I want to start taking stuff to help me out

      Read the newbie thread posted by crank in the anabolic section. Sorry, I'm just tired of posting the same thing over and over. He put some great info on there...it will answer most all of your questions. Good luck and when you decide run it by us for a critique.

                Grab some test, enanthate, or cypionate, and run it about 400 mg a week for 10 weeks or so. YOu'll like what you see.

                  27% bf is very high. Definetly diet down to a reasonable bodyfat level before considering gear.

                    real good advice why.


                    look at lowering your BF. not the scale and your #s on your lifts. concentrate on the lowering the BF. then get some of the weight back, most or all of the strength and be a whole new lean muscular you when you cycle at a much lower BF! a wise man told me that, and its true once you are totally emersed in lowering your BF you dont care as much about the weights gettin heavier and loosing your mass because you have to run the whole race to finish, dont start in the middle, patience my friend.                       Cut that BF down to 12-14% before you consider juicing. All that extra BF puts a strain on your heart. It also puts you at higher risk of high blood pressure, which can be exacerbated with steroids.

                        I guess you could run something light and simple while you diet like crazy to keep yourself from losing LBM. A light test cycle perhaps or a little EQ for 12 weeks.
