I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS IF UR ONLY GOING TO USE SUST EVERY 4 OR 5 DAYS THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF USING SUST WHEN U WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH A SINGLE ESTER LIKE CYP OR ENATH

Myrick you do agree with the 10-12weeker of sust. This is only my second cycle so I still trying to add mass but keep it as lean as possible and save the hard stuff for down the road. Wistrol with the sust. is what I have for this cycle. What do you reccomend in mg per week for both.

what does anybody think of running EQ with the sust. If I am running the sust.for 12 weeks is this enough time for me to get the full beneifit of the EQ, or should i just stick with the winstrol inject. and sust.inject.?
thanks guys, i didnt get good results with my first cycle and i want to do this one right.

Sust is fine for a 10-12 week cycle...I'm doing it now. BUT, to take full advantage of the prop in it, you should shoot it every other day. That's why many people do not like sust and prefer a single ester like Enanth or Cyp.

If you already have it, use it, but don't pyramid the doses. Keep a steady 500mg/week and shoot every other day.

1st cycle

my first cycle was winstrol injections only. 3cc eod for 8 weeks. I got alot stronger and I keep all of my gains but i was just expecting to much out of something like winstrol.
