a friend of mine is a pitcher, he wants to do a cycle just like mine at 500 mg/wk of test enanth fot 10 wks, but i guess itīs not the way to go because his arm wonīt be able to catch up and he may get injured.
so what about half the dose lets say about 250 mg/wk for 10 wks?
it should give him round 12-15 pounds right?
any advice would be nice
thank u bros!
It depends on how well he trains, eats, and rests. It also depends on his size and how well his body will respond to the test. Some people get better gains than others. I would suggest 500mg test to anyone doing a first cycle.
As suggested Winney is the way to go, he just needs to keep well hydrated because it does cause havok on the joints. Maybe incorporate some type of glucosumine regimen.

strength training first but more importantly look around for a good pitching coach/instructor who can teach him how to get more velocity on his pitches. without control a juiced pitches will find himself giving up loads of homeruns.
alright my best friend pitches in the minors in the cws org. he was throwing 92-93 consis. he has taken 2 cycles of winny since and is now throwing in the 98-99 consist range. And before anybody says bullshit about the mph the reason he isn't in the majors yet is because last year was his first year. His draft stock went through the roof after he took the cycles, but right before the draft his shoulder started hurting him due to the winny and he dropped down some but still went first 10 rounds, (not going to say which one cause someone could look it up). anyways enough ranting i would suggest winny for sure just watch the pain.

i used to pitch in high school. velocity is not so much arm strength, as much as arm speed. pitchers don't wanna get bulky in their upper body. just look in the majors, most pitchers are tall and lanky. however, LEGS and ABS are very important to a pitcher so a cycle might help him to build a "base of power" as those regions are commonly called. I would say i don't think it's a good idea....but if he is definitely gonna do it, tell him to make sure he stays very flexible in his upper body and continue throwing the entire time he is on
and tell him do lots of rotator cuff strengthening exercises. light weights/more reps for upper body. legs he can go as heavy as he can, but also run as pitchers need endurance
interesting stuff,
glucosamine
winny/testosterone
test at lower dosagge? or a t 500 mg/wk?or maybe
750 to keep water into joints? (cause of the winny?)
from what i see pitchers in the majors have a little gut goin on. and some don't look to be in great (looking) shape but are in shape physically and mentaly. there are tons of guys that get drafted because they can throw 97mph but thet are projects only and usually never make it. the question is can he pitch. he's young enough to stay natural. he may have some growing to do. once he's reached where he feels he can't improve then maybe a little gear can be used. velocity may not be strength but it's about knowing how to throw hard and not just throwing hard.
