i'm not trying to get in the middle of it, and this is another issue, but don't pros use huge amounts of gear to cut.

What i am saying is everyone is diff. All i have to do to cut is drop my calories and incorporate cardio into my workouts. I dont typically run cutting cycles. I bulk for 10-12 weeks, then at the end I run prop/fina or something of the likes,add cardio, and drop the calories down for another 5-6 weeks. Dont lose much weight, but do shred up a bit.Originally posted by prophet
so you are not lean? is that what you are saying? perhaps your cutting cycles are far to heavy. making it impossible to control your eating habits. that is why you cannot get down to 6% bodyfat.
Another thing, I have no interest in bieng 6% Bf. I dont like that look. If you do, good for you!
