        What are his goals? 5-10lbs is pretty accurate as suggested above.

            i would say closer to 5 #. 10 on the absolute outside with a perfect diet great genetics and a flawless routine. as stated add some test and i use deca with win it lubes the joints.

                  winstrol is not really for building mass it is more of a cutter. maybe if you add some test with it you could see some pretty good gains.

                  I know of this one female that goes to my gym she gets some pretty good gains just using winstrol but she is like 120lbs.

                    He won't get much with winstrol only, especially at 50 mg a day...
                    Go all the way, add some test and deca in that sucker, no half stepping bro...Even might want to try masteron instead of winstrol, think about that. I think you'll benefit better from it.

                      It will make him stronger and improve his performance at whatever sport he's into, but he won't add a lot of muscle mass.

                      To some athletes that's a good thing.
                      I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

                      I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.
