I have some 50mg IP winnie tab. I never tried them. How do you take? Does anyone have experience using them. I get sore ankles and sometimes knees when i run. Will these have a side effect on the joints?

swallow em. if u really want u could break them up into a few pieces and take part, a couple of times a day. bad news...if u have sore knees and ankles, u might not love winny because it does cause sore joints. everyones different though. i'd take some glucosamine with it if i were u

with ip i had to chew them and take 2 tabs a dat to see any results and yes you will get joint pain

Can't use them then. I run 2.5-3 miles a day. I did read that that was a side. Just want to confirm with some who have used. Thanks!

the 50 mg tabs can contain between 0mg of stan and if yer lucky 35-40mg. most likely somewhere in the middle i broke them in half and took 2 per day every 3-4 hours.

Injectable or oral, it doesn't really matter. Most take the injectable form orally anyways. And yes, it is best to stay away from IP all together. It's hit or miss with most of his products---quality varies from batch to batch.
