i have a friend that is in his 4th week of a deca only cycle, just 300mg./week. he will not be able to work out for about 4 weeks due to work, so what should he do?

no offense, but if he doesn't have time to work out, he should have considered that before he decided to do a cycle. people can always find some way to work out like getting up earlier or staying up later. at least doing a quick workout here or there. it may not be the easiest but when theres a will, theres a way

Uhh....I would quit taking that regardless. He's gonna have a limp noodle most likely...and be shut down hard. He needs to have test in there...but it won't do much good anyway if he can't lift. Why can't he lift bro?

imo since he isnt going to be working out he should triple the amount he is taking to reap the most benefits? Maybe he should stop eating too! come on man what do u think people are going to say, stop the cycle def. Not to mention thats a very poor cycle to begin with

hey guys, i completely agree with you, but if any of you have worked construction, you know that sometimes there's a deadline, and we have to work 15 hour days to get it done. they were definitely circumstances that could not be avoided, and were unforeseen, so skip the fatherly lectures, and just help out with the situation.

on that note, would he still see some gains if he started up where he left off? or is it useless, and should he just start a completely new cycle?

I'd say stop, but if he really wanted to stay on.. depending on what he does in construction, his job might be a little bit of a workout.

I agree. I work in a coal mine and some days I get a better workout then I would in the gym. The 15 hour a day is no excuse. I work 11-12 hours a day most days, and have 45 min comute each way, and I still hit the gym.
