Hey guys I was thinking of training my body 2 a week instead of once a week Im 200lbs and looking to get bigger
day 1:
chest and tricep 3 sets each
day 2:
bicep and back 3 sets each
day 3:
shoulders/traps and legs
day 4:
offffff
and start everything over again this will be when i start my new cycle witch will contain of deca and test for 8 weeks the 1st 2 weeks I will run it at 750mg of test and 400mg of Deca then cut to 500mg test and 400mg deca for the remainder of the cycle. Any suggestions on what else to do ? Please feel free to comment and give honest opinions :p
