I finished my first cycle about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I didnt do any post cycle (I will next time). my weight has dropped from a peak at 195 to about 183 right now. i wanted to get in better cardiovascular shape, and lean up so i have been doing a lot of cardio. my arms went from 17 3/4" to 17", but my strength hasn't suffered at all. my protein intake is high. What am i doing wrong? .... i am starting my next cycle in a few weeks.

make sure to use clomid next time. off of that cycle you did it is unlikely that the 12 lbs lost is all water. i would say you're losing muscle too since it is 6-7 weeks after, however, if you had a decent amount of body fat and have been dieting and doing cardio then you could have lost that much fat possibly
