  • What am i doing wrong

    I finished my first cycle about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I didnt do any post cycle (I will next time). my weight has dropped from a peak at 195 to about 183 right now. i wanted to get in better cardiovascular shape, and lean up so i have been doing a lot of cardio. my arms went from 17 3/4" to 17", but my strength hasn't suffered at all. my protein intake is high. What am i doing wrong? .... i am starting my next cycle in a few weeks.

    I was light, but:
    300mg/wk deca
    250mg/wk enanthanate

    i saw great gains, but the size is tapering off. i have kept all my strength though.

      i agree w/ teekahty is gotta be water weight! I also think that your does on that cycle should have been higher, you should always use clomid, and never start a cycle with out it. When I finished my cycle I went from 242 to 235 within a week, and it was all water!

                  make sure to use clomid next time. off of that cycle you did it is unlikely that the 12 lbs lost is all water. i would say you're losing muscle too since it is 6-7 weeks after, however, if you had a decent amount of body fat and have been dieting and doing cardio then you could have lost that much fat possibly

                    If you didn't lose strenght chance are it was mostly water and fat.
