no it doesn't ruin it... u can put it into whatever u want, as long as u take it... any kind of juice etc...

ok so i was just stupid and did that with my t3 for liek 3 weeks till it hit me, it tastes liek alcohol, why don't i just put it in a shot of oj so thats what i do.
