Not sure if I am allowed to do this but, I have a question to the members.

As you know many drugs are written off label.

I was thinking about starting service where patients can call talk to a doctor,

pay a consult fee and receive a script from the doctor making it legit and

therefore not worries for the consumer. No worries of authorities no worries of

being scammed. We will also have list anabolics available through our website

that you could procure with this script/scripts through our compound

    pharmacy.

I did not know if any sites had this type of service. Just curious.

There already are sites online whereby you can fill out consultation forms and procure various pharmaceuticals from pharmacies. This is a quasi legal way of obtaining some drugs. However, just the other day I saw a story on CNN where a few doctors were indicted on various charges for being part of such an operation. And if you intend on trying to get scheduled meds (i.e. steroids) it'll never work. First of all, no doctor in his right mind would risk his career just so you and I can score some dbol (maybe fifteen years ago when steroids weren't scheduled, not today). Secondly, an operation like that would attract so much attention, that the authorities would shut it down in no time.

      He's right imo.

A doctor can not legally prescribe a controlled substance without a physical examination and in the case of roids probably a bloodtest that would indicate the need for HRT.

Unless you customers would visit your doc in person to be examined what you are trying to do is illegal.

well we would take only out of state patients.

The case being the doctor does would not have to worry about losing his license in a state he does not practice in. Still not 100% on this, still researching it.

If you think about it a patient coming off gear would be hypogonadal and that would be the right time to justify the scripts with a proper lab test.

I'm not a lawyer so I'm just guessing here but if you take out of state patients without a physical examination (assuming it's illegal) then the crime becomes federal.

What you suggest already exists under the guise of life extension clinics but I don't think they can "treat" patients unless they visit the doctor in person and have a bloodtest.

If that's the way you'd choose to go then your patients should definitely have their consultation somewhere in between their cycle and their PCT

Bad idea IMO. Not so much for the customers but for the doctor.

Giving scrips for anabolics to patients who do not need them happens all the time. But its on the underground. Anyone who might stumble across this service and end up prosecuting would seemingly have a pretty easy case if they have a website advertising and phone number of the doctor.

Yea well, this is how I obtained most of the Schedule III Benzo's and Opiates that I was dependant on. I have no opinion one way or the other, my only comment is that because of how pathetically easy it was to obtain the drugs I kept using and it made it easier to feed my addiction.

That said I no longer will touch Opiates nor Benzo's. Juice scripts are pointless unless you have a shitload of money or a reason to worry about the wrong person finding out about your use.

No Dr. can prescribe a Schedule II script without physically writing it, it can also not be called in to a pharmacy. Anabolics do not fall under this so yes ANY Dr. could call in a script for a Schedule III anabolic, or ancillery drug, yes even out of state.

Most of the current online shops that work have 2-3 pharms they works with. Intresting statistic is that 95% of thier prescriptions are for Benzo's, Opiates, muscle relaxants such as Soma.

I'm no saint, I abused it, therefor I do not "blame" the Dr.'s for it. I do think they are fucking scumbags for prescribing me ludicrious amounts of opiates and benzos with refills from a 3-5 minute bullshit conversation.

Some are now requiring a porta-medic visit to take your BP, weight, and other such crap. Then the Dr. can say he has had a physical review to further cover his ass.

I'm a little biased because of this. GearedUp would agree I think could he toss his two cents in.

One last note, there are MANY Doc's doing this who are about to loose thier license anyway for other reasons. They can spin a VERY quick buck in a VERY short time. 5 Minutes per consult, 5 minute break (being generous), thats 10 minutes per consult, at $120 or more per consult that is $5760 in an 8 hour day. Imagine a Doc that worked all the time zones untill say 10PM, starting at 8AM EST going to 10PM PST would be a 17 hour shift, equalling $12,240 bucks.

If you think a 17-20 hour shift is not realistic lookup a drug called Modafinil ( Provigil ). I've gone 3 days before, slept 8 hours and done it again.
