Just wondering if it matters where you inject b12...meaning if I'm doing glute injection can I inject the b12 in my quad....I also know that you can add it to your oil injections....but my syringe already has 3cc's in it....

It depends on the b12 being used. If it's oil based it should be injected IM, if it's water based it may be injected SQ.
