  • B12 ???????

Just wondering if it matters where you inject b12...meaning if I'm doing glute injection can I inject the b12 in my quad....I also know that you can add it to your oil injections....but my syringe already has 3cc's in it....

buy 5cc syringes.....it doesn't matter shoot it anywhere you like. If your not going to mix it in with you oil just use an insulin syringe. it's painless and will cut down on scar tissue....

It depends on the b12 being used. If it's oil based it should be injected IM, if it's water based it may be injected SQ.

Also, you need to limit how much oil is injected into specific body parts. Glutes should be limited to 3 cc, quads to 2 cc and delts to 1 cc. Of course the size of the person can very these numbers but they are good guidelines. Check this file out. It's from the Ohio State University Medical Center and is the reference material I am sighting for the volume per injection comments.
