HCG & clomid post cycle...???

OK,

1) HCG gets your natural test production up and running again, right?
2) Clomid really only works when test levels are low, right?

So if you run both post cycle (HCG and the day after last injection you start clomid), won't your test levels be too high for clomid to work properly?

Where am i going wrong with this thought process?

dont run hcg at the end of a cycle it should be run during a cycle and run the clomid after a cycle because it helps jump start your test production post cycle bro

i disagree with jack hust,

i think HCG should be used after ur last shot ... and few days ( 5 days) before clomid therapy... 10 shots of 500iu from the last day of ur last shot..

actually now that i think about it... it depends of how long ur cycle is... for an average nooby cycle of 10 to 14 weeks i think it should be used post cycle.. but lets say some one runnin a longer cycle like 20 weeks its a good idea to use HCG to get the nutz back on track by week 10 or 12 so by week 20 they arent completly gone

hcg/clomid shouldnt over lap

Unless your running clomid throughout cycle,I would suggest running hcg starting day after last shot for week,(thats four shots eod)although I dont know the stack or length of cycle so this will differ the dose of hcg.What this will do is kick in your nuts.Then start clomid after lost shot of hcg(again clomid mg depends on dose of cycle).This will in return take over test levels from what the hcg started.-You shouldnt need hcg unless your cycle is 10wks or longer or your stack is heavy.

I believe some ppl on this board claimed to have run HCG throughout their cycle, but just 500 iu on saturdays and sundays (or 2 days per week)...that's what i'm considering doing this time around...followed by the usual clomid therapy...i got shut down pretty good last time around so i'm trying something different

Half life of HCG is 8 hrs, LH's is 30 min, natural testosteron even shorter.
So, next day after you stop using HCG your boosted by its use, test level will start rapidly decline and will reach practically zero in no time. That's why you need Clomid or Nolvadex right after.
The purpose of HCG is not to bring your test level to normal, actually it's a side effect, in a way, because it increases estrogen level as well, but to restore testicular function. After long cycle if testicles can not work no amount of Clomid will help. It's genetic, some people, very rare, though, need HCG even after normal 8-12 weeks cycle.
I would suggest it after every cycle, but that's just my opinion.

i do my post-cycle very similar but with two initial shots of HCG at around 1200-1400iu's then the rest, then wait 5 days, then start clomid

ya bro thats very common also.. but SUPPERCHCKEN Believes that its much better to do it 10 small shots of 500iu ...

high doses of 1200-1400iu has some disadvantages...

and i really trust the chicken
