  • Liquid THY and Iodine intake

Im making a educated guess that iodine intake should be decreased during T3 usage. Also, are there any suppliments that should be consumed during usage to compansate for the stress put on the thyroid gland?

    Thanks for the input!

hmmm... your hypo so then it would make sense to increase iodine, however, if you have a normal thyroid and you supply it with t3 your not going to want to stress the thyroid by presenting iodine to it and making it work extra hard metabolizing iodine into t4. Which would be putting a extra stress load on your thyroid. However, this is just my approach to the subject. I would like more input...

      Thanks,
