Russians are good if there not fake. I have not taken them but my old lifting buddy took them and he liked them better than the pink thais.

I am on them right now and must say they rock! MUCH better than the pink Thai's I did last cycle.

You will love them bro. I actually will be stopping them today because now that my test/Deca has kicked in, the lower back pumps (no....lower back pain, not pumps!) are too much to handle.
