Watch the jokes!

Use your friendly search engine (google, etc...) and type in IGF-1R or IGF1R. You can look up IGFBP3 as well to learn more about the chain that makes it different from plain 'ol IGF1.
Always study before you make any other move. I read all I could get my eyes on before I did my first. Don't rely on any one board either. However, this one is your best bet. Listen to bass! Be careful on what some of these guys are telling you. Understand the jokes and the facts. Keep on reading, and you will be able to tell the difference, no problem. This is serious stuff. I personally think there is no room for joking unless you know the only one to hear the joke is a vet.

I hope you do not think my response was a "joke" and intended to hurt a fellow member. All I was implying is that some research should be done on any substance before considering it. I was just trying to let him know that he was not ready to take this product since he did not know how it should be taken. I will never intentionally flame anyone or try to make them feel like an idiot. We are all here to learn, and these are serious substances we talk about. Sorry if you took it that way username but not at all the intent.
