  • How many grams?

    For post cycle therapy, how much creatine do you all take? 10g per day? 5g before workout, 5g after?

        10 grams should be good enough. Digital what kind are you taking? does it have carbs in it?

          do you all do the loading phase? In my exercise phisiology book it talks about the loading phase and it gives it a positive view. I've heard not to. Due to this book, i'm thinking twice, so i'll probably do it.

          Is this creatine fine:
          Muscle-tech.........HA, JUST JOKING!

          Pro Lab Creapure mixed w/my own dextrose and vitamin c. That should make my own Cell-Tech! LOL

              i just found another cheaper price, but the brand is RTO......i made a search, and supposedly it's bill pearls brand. Has anyone ever used this creatine?

                hi jackjuice,

                nope i use pure creatine monohydrate and add to my shake of whey and dextrose just before taking it,proves cheaper for me.

                    I prefer the micronized creatine. Use 5-8gm day most of the year.

                        I don't really think it's necessary to begin with a loading phase. I think all that hoop-la about a loading phase was started when creatine was first introduced to the market (and pretty expensive) as a means for those selling it to increase profit by having users ingest more.

                        Ten grams per day is more than enough, although I have taken 15 grams/day (probably overkill) when I was using slin.

                            i use micronized creatine and i do 10 grams AFTER MY WORKOUT, the best time to take it.
                            make sure u drink a lto of water other wise ur skin will become little bit dry

                              I use GNC's Pro Performance creatine at 5g a day. I've always had great results with it. I mix it with my post workout protein shake.
