Although it is appearing that he used the same password on all of his accounts and he was most likely using a password like "password". So he deserved to get his accounts broken into.

And to address the second part of your post, it may not be "impossible" but it damn near is. I challenge you or anyone you know to do it. Heck, I'll set up four different e-mail accounts, you hack into all of them and I'd give you $1,000. I'm that confident it can't be done.

Assuming he had passwords like drthf83bn34lk34kj634lk6jn3463, your right it would be ' impossible', but like you said he probably didn't it was probably a password like ' secret' or something and he might have even had the same password for all his accounts.
