bro's I've just finished 4 wks of humalog and gained 18lbs (consider I added abombs on wk three and deca/cyp on week four and I'm coming back from losing 35lbs due to my motorcycle wreck). I raised my ius up to 8 by wk four. My question is even after what I would call picture perfect nutrition after the shot I would get light headed and shakes on hour 3. After eating simple carbs the symptoms went away but it sucked to do it everyday.

My post shot went like this: 45grm protein shake with 10 grms simple carbs per IU. More simple carbs at the 1/2 hour point and a well balanced meal at 1 hour, and again at 2 hours? So what gives with the symptoms at 3 hours?
