Some people get gyno symptoms a week into a cycle ---- I remember bdtr said he got symptoms 5 days into a cycle once.



Here's my personal opinion, not supported by any research.

I noticed I get flu when I have lot of gear in me. You system can't absorb all of it and reacts violently agains it. For me that's my body telling me to lower the dose.

I drop the dose and the flu is gone.


Vitamin C - (lots of it) - helps too
