Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and was wondering if you guy's could help me with my next cycle. I've been training about 7 yrs. I was 140 when I fisrt started, now I'm 215 at 5'10 1/2" with I'm guessing 13-14% bf. My first cycle was d bol for 5 weeks going from 10mg/day upping 1 tab a week to 30md/day.I gained 20lbs. 6 months ago I did d-bol and oma 250 for 8 weeks gained 18lbs. I do hold on to my gain's pretty good. From reading on here I know my cycle's were wrong. I need advice. I want to go on for 12 weeks, 8 for bulk and 4 for slight cutting. I was going to use all PV Labs stuff, 10mg D-bol, sus 350, and EQ for bulk. EQ and winny for cutting. Is this good and how much should I take? What do I need for after clomid, hcg ,b12? What eles? Pls help,thank's.
