Well.....This is the start of my 11th week! I was only going to do 10, but there is a bottle of test in my dresser that keeps calling my name as I sleep at night. So............ going to go 13 weeks instead of 10. I am 5'9 and started at 220 I am now 250. I have been posting in the cycle journals. Eveyone should do that!
