I have done many cycles and am not a rokie. I play football and looking to do a real cycle that gives me more perminate results. I have done all compounds in this cycle before. I started off ar about 170lb and in three years, two being serious, have made it up to about 234lb and about 10%bf.
I want to put on a good 25lb of lean muscle mass.

1-4 insulin 10iu postwrk 4 days a week
1-4 ribB 40mg ed
1-10 test prop 700mg ew
1-10 test cyp 400mg ew
6-24 nolva
11-24 test cyp 700mg ew
11-19 fina 150mg ed
11-24 eq 650mg ew
20-24 winn 50mg ed
20-24 test prop 100mg ed
I would like to add some arimidex (spelling?)
also i will add some liquidex
my training will be very cardio with lots of ployometrics (spelling?) and sprint drills combined with areobic weight training and power lifting
