      i used those few wks ago.. 100mg ed, strength... lets just say holy fuck. get the picture?

      i would say even with shity diet u will see crazy pumps / strength/weight

        i agree with crank stein, DO REPS BETWEEN 4-8, TRUST ME ON IT, IT WILL HELP U A LOT BIG TIME. that what i usually do, i alternate by reps on weeks super heavy between 4-8 reps SLOW AND SQUEEZE, and then the next week is heavy between 10-12 reps, and u should be fine

          Like they said earlier, 450mgs of the Test isn't that much. Also from experience with that Tornell Supertest, WAY underdosed! I could have started an IV with that stuff and wouldn't put on anything! This stuff sucks! Ohh, and what planet are you on?? Who doesn't like STEAK!?!?

            I just can eat steak. I feel like a cannibal gnawing on meat. I do like steak, just grounded up I'll start doing more weight/less reps, and I'm going to up the test. I keep on updating.

              yeah, man, trust us on it, give it a test, by doing super heavy and low reps, but SLOW, and DON"T JERK the weight off ur chest.
              stick with meat, steak is an excellent source of protein. stick with heavy protein, carbs and some fat.

                  I got same body type as you. You got to stop eating all that fating food, fried, bacon, etc. you are gaining fat not muscle. I eat 5-6 eggs in the morning,with rye toast and oatmeal. I eat one yolk to every four whites cause i have high cholesterol. Stay away from sweets too. If You are the kind that worries too much or have stress in your life; everybody does. you need to find a way of conditioning yourself so you can get at least eight full hours of sleep. I not trying to tell you what to do, but if you can't get at least 8-9hrs of sleep you are not giving your muscles enough time to rebuild. You may consider seeing a specialist for sleep disorders if it continues. I get my protien powder from proteinfactory.com ( not trying to advertise, just have good deals and you can customize and mix.)You need to get real good lean protein foods to supplement the powder and try to eat at least three good meals. Try to get enough cardio in to burn the fat. I doing 3 miles eod I also use elicpital and recumbant bike. I think you probally got slow metabolism too,that why you need the cardio. Make a program for yourself , start out say with a mile a day on treadmill or jogging with some biking etc and work your way up to say 2 miles. I know what your body type slow metabolism so anything you eat that high in fat and sugar will not burn off and turn to fat. Your type is the kind that is hard to burn off those extra fat cals especialy when you eat ing bacon, burgers etc. Try not to overkill with the workouts too. Too much is not good especialy when not getting the correct sleep. You can actually tear down the muscle. I never seen the drol you got mabe try to stay away from the mex kind. Also don't overkill on the test 600mg is enough to take. Sleep is the number one other than what i said above that will hinder your growth, and if you want to get some kinda of definition stay off the bacon, fried foods etc . Maybe try grilling, broiling, and baking your foods and using different spices and marinade your chicken and fish it will taste alot better. I know how to do was bachelor for 10 yrs lol!

                    Thanks for the info mike. I started to realize that I am stronger then I thought. I am going to try eating better, and getting more sleep.

                      Really? I got great recommendations on the Super Test from some vets here...all said it rocked. I'm just starting week 4 and can feel it kicking in pretty good so far. I'll have to decide for myself, but I hope this isn't true! I'm doing 750mg/week.
