Where do you guys give your b12 shots at? and how much?

i have been doing 1/2 cc a few times a week in the belly. I hit a vein alot and have big blood spots under the skin. Any ideas i move around some on the outside of my lower belly never have found a sweet spot!

It also makes you feel good and gives you energy at the right levels!

Mixing with your gear for IM is fine, been doing it for a while. B-injects are for IM anyways. Even with the injections you'll notice your piss tunrs bright yellow, just like the b-pills.

1 1/2 CC is fine for your delts, especially because the B12 is water based, it will disipate quickly and not leave a lump....

and loveininsulin, B12 can be administered IM or Sub-q, it will work the same

Hi Bros,

I'd like to know what's the difference between the injectable B12 and the oral one. I'm using an oral complex of B1-B6-B12 ???

Is there a difference in the dosage or what ? Or are you talking about a different type of B12 ?
