Has anyone had any problems lately with researchkits. They sent my the wrong thing. what they sent me was 35 dollars cheaper than what i ordered, and im having trouble getting it credited to another order. ive placed an order since the mistake and included all my info in the comments, but they didnt credit me, and havent responded to any of my emails. i know someone else who is waiting on some stuff too. are they having problems or what. all my past orders have been fine just not lately.
