do you recommend using nolva throughout the cycle...Im taking 2 cc a week for 8 weeks.

Or should I take nolva after the cycle or clomid...really unsure on this, ive been told a few different things...

mostly ive been told to take neither that my first cycle is not enough to use either of the too...

I recommend using arimidex throughout the cycle to keep the gyno and water off. Nolvadex however I recommend to only take when your body needs it, suchas your nipples are getting itchy and inflamed

i'm takin 10mg ED of nolva in my cycle... i just think adex and ldex are way overpriced... plus i think i do need the estrogens while on they do have their own benefits

exactly....i think using ldex at .25-.5mg/day will do good at keeping bloat away and preventing gyno...if you like the water then keep nolva on hand
