I wanted to get a census on this subject.
We know the general rule is time on = time off. Therefore I believe most run two cycles per year.
Some run year long cycles as well.
I have run multiple cycles per year, bridged cycles, etc, etc....
I have currently been offf for about six months and I feel pretty damn good. I have to say I actually feel better than when I have run 12 weeks on, 12 weeks off, then hopped back on again.
Therefore, I am considering one cycle per year. Running six months beginning around December or January.
I also am thinking about running lower doseages through the cycle. For example: The last cycle I ran for 18 weeks. I ran test at 1 g per week. My thought is that if I run for six months at around 750mg it may be better for me over the long haul.
Furthermore, I am thinking that I will run 'simple' cycles. No more than two to three compounds at a time.
Give me some feedback on your thoughts.
