          if you have large dose 50mg,break in half,take some aleast 10-15mg first thing in morning,then later iin day.espicially around workouts,sense your body will be producing more cortisol,breaking down muscle tissue,due to working out

              when i took dbol, i would split it, but get more of it in before i train
