How does your training differ on cycle as opposed to when you're off? Usually when I'm on cycle I'll rest one day per week as opposed to two(off cycle) and volume-wise i'll usually just add another set to each exercise(if i usually do three just increase it to four,four to five,etc)...any opinions?

My intensity level stays the same, I just eat more when I’m on. I try to push myself on or off it doesn’t make a difference. Train hard, when my body feels really beat up I’ll take 2 days rest.* muj kochanie *

i increase my volume similar to the way you did, one more set per exercise. every now and again maybe a few more reps. when i'm on it feels like i could train forever. its sweet.morebeefplease
