Hard to tell from the pic, how about another pic? One shaken and the other not.
Those 2 in the pics look like someone aggresively shook both of them for a while.
The bubbles in those pics look funny to me, as well as the "swirls" at the top.
Ultimately, I'm just not to sure. You might want to give it a little taste test, have you have ever tasted real winny?
