    which is good for lean gains?

    1 ad won't. i tried it and didn't notice any mass gains but my strengh went up a good amount while i was on it

        Hi ya Bro.

        I have used the 1-AD (prior to crossing over..) and it is good stuff. However, I found only mild strength gains with the recomended levels (usually 1x3). My last cycle was using 1-AD at 4x3 and the CSS TMM-100 (19Nor) at 4x3. Great gains in mass and strength!
        High levels of the 1-AD can/will shut you down, so adding a 19Nor is adviseable.

          I have been using the real stuff for about 2 years now.. i am mainly researching for a friend... but due to my small gyno, im not comfortable using much of anything anymore.
