What's up guys, and gals. I am looking for alittle help. I am thinking about uping my dosage of drol from 50mg. a day to 100mg. a day. Any thoughts? I weigh 225 right now and I am going to start more cardio and eating more protein. I eat about 200 grams of protein a day now. I was expecting more gain from my cycle, 50mg. drol and day with 250mg. sus and 200mg ent. I am going on my third week and I really haven't seen much of a difference except that I am benching and curling alot more then before. Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts of opinions, I would really appreciate it.

hi 88gt,
i would up protein to 400g upwards.why more cardio mate? if you trying to gain.if you not expieriencing any sides so far on the drol i dont see any reason not to up it but what is your previous expierience with orals?
the test will only reflect at about week 4 or 5.up calories and up water.sleep more:p

I take a 2cc shot every week, and 50mg. drol everyday. I never do the same workout each week. I switch between barbell and dumbbell exercises each week and doing different exercises for each body part every week. I only want to do cardio to up my lung capasity and maybe lose some belly fat. Ok, so it should be ok to up the drol right?
